"In the fall of 2017, we contracted with Ghigau Construction to remodel a newly purchased house in Park City, UT. Some friends recommended Ghigau and were we glad they did. It was our first remodel, but from the beginning, they engaged us directly and transparently. They helped us establish a budget and stuck to it. They had great design ideas and were very creative as the project evolved. We were living in California and their website (which included pictures) was informative and reassuring. Even after we moved in, they continued to help us with ideas. We felt they really cared about the project and that we were happy with it.

"We had a major basement remodel after our pipes backed sewage into the house and the floor had to be jackhammered up to repair it. They not only came up with a bright and pleasant design for the remodel that we loved, they also managed the project from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail. We only had to mention a small detail that bothered us and they would find a way to help. They organized all the contractors and were always present to let them in and supervise the work whether it was a regular workday, weekend, or late hours in the evening. They did work on weekends and late hours with our permission so that if we wanted a quiet weekend or a break from the work we had the option. We were keen to get the project finished though and were happy at their commitment to ensuring the work be done. They were also quick to ensure that the quality of work was up to their standards and would have contractors come back if it wasn’t. They communicated and kept us updated and were quick to respond when we had questions or concerns.
Their online system allowed us quick access to all quotes and bills making it easy to trace all expenditures. We greatly appreciated that they eased a stressful event in our lives by being reliable and taking on all aspects of project management.
